Cadiz Police Arrest Report - May 6, 2014

CADIZ POLICE DEPT 300CADIZ, Ky. (5/6/14) — Cadiz police released the following arrest report May 5.

  • Officer Andrew Sanderson was called to a disturbance at Main Street Villas, 278 Main Street, May 4 just after midnight. When he arrived, he observed James D. Johnson, 22, of Hopkinsville yelling at another subject in the rear parking lot of the Villas. Johnson was determined to be under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident and had threatened to injure a resident. Johnson was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct - second Degree.

  • While investigating at the scene, Sgt. Scott Brown arrested Crystal F. Woods, 43, of Cadiz after she became disorderly in the parking lot and began yelling obscenities at another person. Woods was charged with disorderly conduct - second degree.

  • On May 3, Officer Aaron Acree arrested Robert W. King, 47, of Cadiz on Cunningham Avenue. Acree observed King urinating on a utility pole beside the street. When Officer Acree made contact with King and conducted a field interview, he determined King to be under the influence of alcohol. During a pat down, officers found a small bag of marijuana inside his shoe. King was charged with alcohol intoxication and possession of marijuana.
