opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (5/30/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Antonio Ali, 41, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking less than $500 in the 1000 block of Tamarack Road.

Kristin Hatfield, 27, of Henderson, was charged with theft by unlawful taking less than $500 at Villa Pt.

Devon Buckman, 21, of Owensboro, was served a warrant charging theft by failure to make disposition of property.

Brian Haynes, 56, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree criminal trespassing, leaving the scene of an accident, and alcohol intoxication in a public place in the 2700 block of Bittle Road. Authorities said they responded to report of an accident at the intersection of W. Parrish Ave. and Carter Road., but were told upon arrival that Hayes had left. He was located a short time later.

Marcus Jackson, 25, of Owensboro, was charged in the 2500 block of Cavalcade Drive with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

Bryson Keith, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with trafficking in marijuana and drug possession in the 300 block of E. 24th Street.

Jamal Sweeney, 28, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree terroristic threatening and second degree disorderly conduct in the 2100 block of Churchhill Ct.

Bo Atchison, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault in the 1800 block of W. Second St. Authorities alleged Atchison attempted to strangle a woman at the residence on W. Second Street.

Christopher Lanham, 30, of Owensboro, was charged with violation of an emergency order of protection, second degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest and second degree disorderly conduct.
