MARION, Ky. (7/8/14) — On Monday, July 7, 2014 after receiving information from a confidential source, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and Marion Police Department were able to conduct an investigation at Belleview Manor in Marion, Ky.
During this investigation, a traffic stop was made on a Marshall County resident. The subject gave consent for search of the vehicle and over 40 pills were found.
Michele Anglin of Benton, Ky., was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, second degree and Possession of Controlled Substance, third degree.
From the traffic stop, a search warrant was issued for a residence located on Terrace Drive in Marion, Ky. During the search of the residence, officers located more pills and money. The occupant of the residence, Linda Young, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance, second degree, first offense and Trafficking in Controlled Substance, third degree, first offense.
