MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (7/21/14) — Kentucky State Police served a search warrant at a Tatumsville Highway residence Friday, July 18 in Marshall County.
According to the Kentucky State Police report, KSP cited Kathy C. Kuelker, 52, Benton, to court for cultivating marijuana.
During the search, KSP seized $100 in cash, paraphernalia items, firearms and located 35 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $70,000.
Kuelker was charged with cultivating in marijuana five plants or more (Class D Felony); possession of marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)f; and, possession of drug paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor).
