Jesse Montgomery, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Phillip Morris, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, second degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Rikky Morrisette, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Andrew Owen, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Shade Zijah, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ryan Baker, 35, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance.

John Winstead, 52, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Benjamin Ellis, 22, of Maple Grove, Minn., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ronald Dukes, 54, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Donald Bush, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container.

Brandon Carter, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree disorderly conduct.

Robert Jarboe, 51, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Michael Lee, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John Slaton, Jr., 34, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Javis Wilson, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
