The Homeplace Trades Fair*

p1This Labor Day weekend, we are celebrating the hard labor and hand work skills of our ancestors during The Homeplace Trades Fair. At a time when few things were manufactured, folks relied on their skills, or their neighbors, to produce everything from knitted socks to horseshoes.

Visit this weekend with local historical trades and craft people, as they share their skills and knowledge of these lost folk arts. Hand crafted items will be available for purchase.
