lane restriction 300DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (8/30/14) — A contractor plans to restrict traffic to one lane on a section of Kentucky 2155/Triplett Street in Owensboro starting Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014.

Phillips Bros. Construction, LLC plans to restrict traffic to one lane along Kentucky 2155/Triplett Street between 9th Street and Kentucky 54/East Parrish Avenue to allow a water main tap to complete a water loop for Owensboro Municipal Utilities. This work zone is along the southbound one-way section of Kentucky 2155 at mile point 2.5.

Work at this site is expected to take about three days to complete, weather permitting.

Southbound motorists should use appropriate caution where equipment, flaggers, and construction personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
