Cadiz Police Arrest Reports - Sept. 2, 2014

 

cadiz police arrest1 300CADIZ, Ky. (9/2/14) — The Cadiz Police Department released the following reports.

 

Officer Aaron Acree arrested Justin S. Fletcher, 27, of Bumpus Mills, Tenn., on Sept. 1 following a traffic stop in Fred's parking lot. Fletcher was charged with DUI - First Offense and Vehicle A Nuisance for having loud music.

Officer Aaron Acree arrested Corrie E. Burke, 45, of Princeton, on Aug.31 at 3:00 a.m., following a traffic stop on US 68. Officer Acree and Officer Andrew Sanderson were conducting a traffic stop of another vehicle on US 68 when Burke's vehicle failed to move to the left lane and came close to striking the vehicle. Burke was charged with DUI - First Offense; Failure to Give Right of Way to a Stopped Emergency Vehicle; No Insurance; and driving on an Expired Driver's License.

Officer Andrew Sanderson arrested Martha J. Alexander, 50, of Cadiz, on Aug. 30 at 7:01 a.m. and charged her with Alcohol Intoxication after she was found lying on the sidewalk in front of a downtown business.

Officer Tyler Thomas arrested Joseph Rush, 31, of Cadiz, on Aug. 23 on the strength of a Calloway County District Court arrest warrant charging him with Non-Support.

Officer Aaron Acree arrested Ricky A. Radford, 54, of Cadiz, on Aug.19 following a traffic stop on Lincoln Avenue. Radford was charged with DUI - First Offense; No Operator's License; No Insurance; Expired Tags;
