scholarship 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (4/24/13) – The West Hopkins Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to college-bound high school seniors based on demonstrated academic achievement and extracurricular and community involvement.
 
The students eligible for this scholarship must be graduating high school seniors who attended school at West Hopkins School throughout grades K-8 and intend to continue their education at a four-year college or university. Consideration will be given based on the student’s academic achievement and extracurricular and community involvement. Eligible students should submit the scholarship application form provided.
 
The scholarship is awarded one time only and will be a minimum of $250.
 
The application deadline is May 10. The deadline is the date after which applications will no longer be accepted. West Hopkins School uses the postmarked date to determine mailed entries.
 
This scholarship is not renewable. Only high school seniors intending to enroll in a four-year college or university are eligible to apply.
 
Applications are available in the news section of the district website at www.hopkins.kyschools.us.
