Madisonville Police Report – May 9, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/9/13) – On Thursday, May 9, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 8 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Joshua Adamson, 30, of Madisonville was arrested on May 8, for Failure to wear a Seatbelt and Operating a Motorized Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Anthony Christian, 29, of Madisonville was arrested on May 8, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Ander Voltaire, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 8, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Maurice Leavell, 55, of Nortonville was arrested on May 8, for DUI, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle. The arresting officer was Troy Ledet.
 
Timothy Maypray, 52, of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant on May 8, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Glenda Cunningham, 42, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another agency (Davies County) on May 8, for Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The arresting officer was Troy Ledet.
 
Jay Shuck, 52, of Madisonville was arrested on May 8, for Wanton Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Assault in the 3rd Degree. The arresting officers were Jeff Ethridge and Van Killough.
 
Quintin Basham, 50, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 8, for Non-payment of Fines, Contempt of Court, Libel/Slander Resistance to Order. The arresting officers were Tyler Russell and Tyrone Gregory.
