Trigg Sheriff Issues Scam Warning

scam alert red 300TRIGG COUNTY, KY (1/11/12) - Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam has issued a warning to local citizens regarding a possible credit card scam currently underway in the area.

According to Sheriff Burnam, a Trigg County woman received a phone call on Tuesday, Jan. 10, claiming that the caller was from “Locks of Love,” and requestion donations. Once the Sheriff’s office received notification of the call, the Sheriff contacted Locks of Love and was advised that they did not solicit donations by phone.
