healthy eating 300LEXINGTON, Ky. (9/30/13) – There are a number of grocery stores in Lexington that can keep your fridge stocked with fresh vegetables, meats and other foods. Which one is the best choice for you?

Whole Foods Market's hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. There's also a Wine & Spirits shop open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

The market sells 1,400 of the fastest-moving grocery items, allowing for lower rent and electricity costs and bigger savings for you. They also keep their prices low by accepting only cash, debit, and EBT cards. Also, their ALDI brands are made of the same or higher quality than national brands. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
