Zumba Your Way into October

zumba 300LEXINGTON, Ky. (10/1/13)—The Salvation Army of Lexington is providing Zumba classes for all ages. Starting Oct. 2 a new class will be starting, which will allow teenagers up to 17 years old to attend for free. Located at 736 West Main Street, the Salvation Army encourages all ages and fitness levels to try out the upbeat, fun, and dance workout. The fee for adults is $5 per class or $30 package for ten classes.

There are classes held on different days just in case Wednesdays don’t work well for you. A full listing of classes held by Karen MielCarek can be found here with details for each class. Classes are an hour long. You can find out more information by calling 859-252-7706.
