‘Tis The Season for Bad Eating Habits…Or Is It?

Lexington Heath Department 300LEXINGTON, Ky. (11/7/13) — The Lexington Health Department will be hosting classes from now throughout December to help people manage diabetes and encourage healthy living choices during the holiday season.

Healthy Holiday Cooking Class: FREE, 6:30-8 p.m. Nov. 13 at Southern Hills United Methodist Church, 2356 Harrodsburg Road.
