Woman Injured in Greenville Wreck

Accident Injury 01 300GREENVILLE, Ky. (11/25/13) — A single-vehicle collision resulted in injury.

According to a Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Office report, Deputy Shannon Albro responded to the accident on Kentucky 181 S. just north of Tooley Hill.

Michelle Thresher was driving north on Kentucky 181 when her vehicle left the road, struck a bridge and overturned, trapping her inside, the report said.

Rescue workers were able to extradite her from the vehicle and she was transported to Muhlenberg Community Hospital.

Sheriff Curtis McGehee, Deputy Brock Mefford, Greenville Fire Department and Muhlenberg Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
