PADUCAH, KY (4/2/12) – Western Kentucky law enforcement is investigating reports of vandalism in a small town near Paducah. The location of the graffiti has the local community raising its eyebrows.
Among the drawings found on a local church are the numbers “666” and a star. But perhaps the most despicable piece of defacement was the writing “Hail Satan” on the walls of the Gospel Light Missionary Baptist Church in Graves County.
Bright red spray paint was used in the heinous act that was first reportedly seen on Saturday of last week by neighbors living down the road from the church on KY-945.
If you have any information regarding the vandalism, please contact the Kentucky State Police toll free at (800) 222-5555 or by calling (270) 856-3721.
