Four Injured in Accident on Husbands Road

accident glass 300PADUCAH, KY (4/30/12) – At 3:05 PM on Sunday, April 29, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 3300 block of Husbands road for reported single-vehicle accident with injuries.
 
Once on the scene, Deputies found that 17-year-old Cheyenne A. Greenup, of Paducah, KY was traveling westbound on Lydon road approaching Husbands road operating a white 2008 Nissan passenger car. Greenup lost control of her vehicle after going over hill on Lydon road, crossing over Husbands road before going through a fence and striking a Jackson Purchase electric substation.
 
Greenup and her three other passengers, 14-year-old Caitlyn K. Watkins, 14-year-old Shelby Medlin and 11-year-old Chloe Watkins were all transported to Western Baptist hospital for apparent minor injuries.
 
Reidland Farley Fire Department, Mercy Ambulance Services and Jackson Purchase employees assisted Deputies at the scene.
