PADUCAH, KY (6/12/12) – At 4:17 PM on June 11, 2012, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department responded to the intersection of Sheehan Bridge Road and Holmes Drive, in the Reidland Community, for a reported single-vehicle collision with injuries.
The investigation showed that 18-year-old Brandon K. Willis, of Gilbertsville, KY, was northbound on Sheehan Bridge Road when he failed to negotiate a right curve on the wet roadway. Willis crossed the southbound lane and ran off the shoulder and struck an earth embankment.
Willis and his passenger, 38-year-old Christopher G. Crenshaw, of Paducah, were both transported to an area hospital for their injuries.
Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted at the scene by Reidland Fire Dept., Mercy Regional Ambulance Servie, and Vanzant’s Towing, to clear the scene.
