mpdMADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/18/13) – On Wednesday, April 17, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported seven instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Linda Ashworth, alias Linda Wolf, of Sturgis was arrested on two bench warrants for Probation Violation and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operators License. Ashworth was also charged with Failure to Pay Fines.
 
Braxton Luckett, of Coiltown Road, was arrested at the intersection of East Center and Park Avenue on charges of Contempt of Court – Libel/Slander Resistance to Order. Officer Haynie was the arresting officer.
 
Wester Zun of Comer Drive was arrested at Legion Drive on charges of Disorderly Conduct.
 
James Kinney of Grapevine Road was arrested at the intersection of Murray/Noel on charges of Non-payment of Fines and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
 
Tara Dees of Roger Drive in Madisonville was served a warrant for Non-payment of Fines while housed at the Hopkins County Detention Center.
 
Vickie Carter of Lovan Lane in Madisonville was arrested on North Main for charges of Failure to Appear.
 
Rodney Wester of Morton’s Gap was arrested at 830 Whitetail Court on charges of Contempt of Court, via a Hopkins County warrant. Sean McCance was the arresting officer.
