Hopkins County Restaurant Inspection Report - April 18, 2013

healthdeptinspections300 dHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (4/18/13) - The following is your weekly update on local restaurant inspections for the Hopkins County area, courtesy of the Hopkins County Health Department:

B.P.O.E – 97
Minor violations:
•Debris build up on lip of ice machine
•Liquid spillage in bottom of cooler

Captain D’s – 96
Minor violations:
•Refrigerator door in need of repair
•Microwave in need of cleaning
•Doors on shelving in need of repair by registers and trash cans in dine-in area
•Tables in need of repair in women’s restroom

Christ the King Learning & Growth Center – 100
No violations

Foxridge Bed & Breakfast – 100
No violations

Grapevine Grade School – 99
Minor violation:
•Debris build up on shelves in walk-in cooler

Greater Lighthouse Buffet – 100
No violations

The next food training class will be on May 14, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
