Accident Injury 01 blue 300PADUCAH, Ky. (5/1/13) – At approximately 6:54 AM, on May 1, 2013, McCracken County Sheriff’s Department investigated an accident at the intersection of Houser Road and Lebanon Church Road.
 
Investigation showed Paul Franklin, 25 years of age, of Paducah was operating a 1992 Honda Accord. Mr. Franklin made a left hand turn from Lebanon Church Road onto Houser Road pulling into the path of a 2004 Mercury Monterey operated by Shelly Crider, 29 years of age, of Boaz.
 
Mr. Franklin, along with Mrs. Crider’s two children, were transported to area hospitals for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
 
The roadway was closed for approximately one hour to clean up the scene.
 
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Mercy Regional and Lone Oak Fire.
