arrest mabryPADUCAH, Ky. (5/2/13) – On May 1, 2013, at approximately 4:33 PM, McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a harassment call in the area of Timberland Drive.
 
The victim stated that her live-in boyfriend, Johnathan Mabry, 31, was observed leaving her residence, although he was previously arrested for Assault 4th Domestic Violence and was ordered by court not to have contact with the victim. The victim called the Sheriff’s Office and stated that Mr. Mabry had left her residence with several shared items, including her purse. The victim’s purse contained her wallet with her driver’s license, credit cards, checkbook and controlled substance and legend drugs that were prescribed to the victim.
 
Mabry was located at a relative’s residence at 5225 Reidland Road. Mr. Mabry had in his possession the victim’s purse containing all items listed, along with the narcotics. Mr. Mabry was manifestly under the influence of alcohol when deputies located him. Mr. Mabry admitted to entering the residence and taking items that he and the victim had shared over the years, along with her purse. The victim’s purse was located in Mr. Mabry’s vehicle that was registered to him at the Reidland Road address. Mr. Mabry was interviewed and the victim was contacted several times in reference to details of the case. Mr. Mabry was ultimately found to be in possession of the victim’s purse containing all items inside along with an amount of prescription Lortab, Xanax and other legend drugs.
 
Mr. Mabry was taken into custody and lodged into McCracken County Jail.
