Accident With Injury on Lovelaceville Road/KY1322

accident two car 300PADUCAH, Ky. (5/10/13) – At approximately 6:54 AM on Friday, May 11, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department investigated an accident on Lovelaceville Road/KY 1322.
 
Investigation showed that a 16-year-old Paducah female Teen was operating a 2002 Beige Chevrolet Trail Blazer. The vehicle dropped off the right hand shoulder of the roadway causing her to over correct and cross the oncoming lane of traffic exiting the roadway.
 
The teen was transported by private vehicle to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
 
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Mercy Regional and the Lone Oak Fire Department. The Lone Oak Fire Department directed traffic.
 
The roadway was down to one lane for approximately one hour and blocked for a short period for loading of the vehicle by the tow service.
