On arrival, investigation showed that 60-year-old Deborah Collier of Paducah, KY, was operating a 2007 Buick Rendevous westbound on Hendron Road when her vehicle left the roadway. Further investigation showed that Mrs. Collier had an unknown distraction and left the westbound side of the roadway and struck a 25 mph speed limit sign along with a mailbox.
