oboro has it 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/14/13) – The Tenth Annual business expo - Owensboro Has It! - had 50 Chamber members on display, selling their products, services and more at the event. Three of those exhibitors were chosen as winners of discounted booths at the 2014 event.

The winners included:
•    Best Service Exhibitor - Land Shark Shredding, LLC

•    Best Food Exhibitor - Hill View Farms Meats

The exhibits were judged by the Greater Owensboro Chamber Commerce's Small Business Committee, which is responsible for the annual buy-local show.

"The event was a huge success," said Tammy Maglinger, of Custom Audio-Video. "Changing times and locations brought in additional visitors and exposure for our 50 members on display. We are pleased with the results, and even more pleased with the efforts of our members who took advantage of the opportunity to proudly display their products and services." Maglinger serves as the Chairperson of the Small Business Committee.

In addition to the booth competition, all 50 exhibitors were eligible to win $1,000 in free radio from Towne Square Media - WBKR/WOMI. The winner of that prize through a drawing was the Owensboro-Daviess County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
