Investigation revealed that Taylor M. Due to her injuries, Griffith was cited to court.

Griffith was charged with:

-Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree

The Criminal Mischief charge resulted from damages Griffith caused to the mailbox at 11500 HWY 286.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department was assisted on scene by The West McCracken Fire Department, Mercy Regional EMS, and Meadow’s Towing.
