Hopkins County Restaurant Inspection Report - July, 18, 2013

healthdeptinspections pizza 300HOPKINS COUNTY, KY (7/18/13) - The following is your weekly update on local restaurant inspections for the Hopkins County area, courtesy of the Hopkins County Health Department:

Long John Silver’s – 98
Minor violation:
•Wet mop stored on floor

Papa John’s Pizza – 98
Minor violation:
•Thermometer needed in all cooling units

Ideal Market – 98 (E Center)
Minor violation:
•Thawing chicken in standing water

Wick’s Well Market – 100 (Follow Up)
No violations

The next food training class will be on August 13, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
