Arrest Log HCSheriff 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (8/16/13) – On August 16, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department reported three arrests.
 
McArther Cooper, 47, of North McEuen Avenue in Earlington was arrested on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
 
William L. Hawkins, 22, of Trabue Road in Mortons Gap was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear, Failure to Wear Seatbelts, Fleeing/Evading Police, Reckless Driving, Operating on a Suspended Operator’s License and Wanton Endangerment.
 
Joseph L. Franklin, 31, of Teague Bean Street in St. Charles was arrested on a warrant from a Federal Agency for Probation Violation.
