Investigation revealed that Ryan Driskill, 19, of Paducah, was operating a 1998 Honda Accord eastbound on Clark Line Road when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a ditch, causing the vehicle to flip twice before coming to rest in the driveway of 2220 Clark Line Rd.
