SURFKY clearing 300WESTERN Ky. (9/6/13) – With the Fall season coming up fast, local citizens are looking forward to the drop to milder temperatures, such as those seen over the past week. On the contrary, we are looking at a small rise in temps over the weekend, but nothing extreme. The big bonus will be the lack of humidity.

On Friday we will see sunshine throughout the day with a high around 87 degrees. On Friday evening the low will drop to around 62 degree. Throughout the day we will have a very slight and comfortable breeze.

On Saturday the temps will take a small rise to 90 degrees with sunshine all day. The evening hours will bring in a few clouds with a low around 66 degrees and a breeze around 5 MPH.

Sunday we will see even more clouds roll into the region, but only a 20 percent chance of storms. The high for the day will be 90 degrees, dropping to 68 on Sunday evening.

Enjoy the sunshine as it looks like we might see a little rain moving into the area towards the middle of next week.
