PADUCAH, Ky. (9/13/13) – At approximately 2:00 p.m. on Thursday September 12, 2013, deputies and detectives from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department Drug Division executed a search warrant at a residence on Homewood Avenue in the Farley area of Paducah, KY.
Randi Beasley, her infant daughter, and Anthony Satterwhite were located at the residence. Satterwhite attempted to conceal evidence upon deputies arrival and was quickly detained.
During a search of the premises, multiple marijuana plants were located in a concealed marijuana grow area. The marijuana grow operation was complete with fans and lights to help the marijuana grow. Also located was marijuana, methamphetamine, doses of Hydrocodone, and both marijuana and methamphetamine paraphernalia. Some of the illegal items were in areas where children could access them. Those items, along with US currency, were seized.
Randi Beasley was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree. Anthony Satterwhite was arrested and charged with Cultivate In Marijuana Over 5 Plants, Possession of Methamphetamine, Tampering With Physical Evidence, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree. They were both lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Social Services came to the residence to assist in the investigation as well as the McCracken County Animal Control.
