OPD Reports Weekend Arrests

OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (9/16/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Friday, Sept. 13, through Sunday, Sept. 15:
 
William R. Horsley, of the 200 block of N W St, was arrested on Friday at 11:09 p.m. on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possession.
 
Frankie C. Burden, of the 100 Cooper Ave, was arrested on Friday on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense and Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited.
 
Rickie D. Greenwell, Jr., of the 1700 block of B. Rice Rd, was arrested on Friday at 4:10 a.m., on charges of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, and Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator Licenses.
 
Jeffrey Sheriff, of the 5400 block of Red Mile Loop, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Saturday on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and License to be in Possession.
