Lourdes Mardi gras 2014 300PADUCAH, Ky. (2/7/14) - A local Fat Tuesday tradition continues, March 4, 2014 at the region’s premier charity event-Lourdes Foundation’s 12th Annual Mardi Gras & All That Jazz!

Mardi Gras is a fun-filled evening of music, food and fun to support the Lourdes Foundation.

Raising $75,000 in 2013, proceeds from the upcoming event help Lourdes improve clinical areas and provide excellence in care through technology and facility upgrades.
 
This annual fundraiser will be held in the event center at Harrah’s Riverfront Event Center in Metropolis from 6 to 9 p.m.

Lew Jetton & 61 South is back by popular demand and will liven up the party with their Blues and Southern Rock.
 
Guests can satisfy their Cajun cravings with gourmet treats from popular restaurants and caterers throughout the region, and sample delicious drinks including wines, spirits, soft drinks and gourmet coffees.

An auction of artist Bill Ford’s original Mardi Gras artwork will take place at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for Mardi Gras are $50 each or $800 for reserved tables of ten.

Corporate sponsorships are available for $2,000 or $1,000, with the added benefit of reserved seating and special gifts.
