basket-of-vegPADUCAH, Ky. (3/20/14) — The Paducah Parks Services Department is holding an informational meeting and round table discussion for all vendors interested in participating in Paducah’s Downtown Farmers’ Market.

The meeting will be 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 24 at the Parks Service Department located at 1400 H.C. Mathis Drive. 

All produce, non-produce, and artisan vendors interested in selling homegrown, homemade, or crafted items will have the opportunity to talk about the 2014 season. Light refreshments will be served.

The Downtown Farmers’ Market is located at North 2nd and Monroe Streets. Planning is underway for the market to open in late April with a grand opening celebration in May.
