cameraPADUCAH, Ky. (4/26/14) — Summer brings the chance for photography enthusiasts to learn the fundamentals of creating great photographs in a five-week class at West Kentucky Community and Technical College beginning May 6.

Photographic Fundamentals instructor Jim Ethridge, an award winning photographer, will cover topics such as F-stop, shutter speed, ISO and composition for five consecutive Tuesday evenings. Each class will be held 6 – 8 p.m., May 6, 13, 20, 27 and June 3, in the Emerging Technology Center, Room 112. A short field trip is planned for May 27.

The cost for the five classes is $90. Participants are encouraged to bring a camera. A specific type of camera is not required for the class.
