Detectives received complaints alleging illegal drug activity to be occurring at 2032 Washington Street in Paducah, McCracken County. An investigation confirmed illegal controlled substances were being sold from an apartment within the building.

Detectives obtained a search warrant, May 13, for 2032 Washington Street Apartment 1 in Paducah and the individuals who resided there. At approximately 3:55 p.m., detectives located Frederick Bristol, a residence of 2032 Washington Street nearby the residence and arrested him after a search of his vehicle revealed ten plastic bags of marijuana packaged for sale. Bristol, 32, of Washington Street was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana more than eight ounces, possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Bristol has an extensive criminal history that consists of nine armed robbery convictions, possessing a handgun by a felon, escape and receiving stolen property. Bristol was just arrested in February 2014 for shoplifting.

Detectives and deputies who were assisted by the ATF executed the warrant at the residence. Samantha Bean, 21, of Washington Street, was located inside the residence. During search of the apartment detectives seized two more pounds of marijuana, quantities of cocaine, assorted drug paraphernalia and ammunition. Bean was arrested at the residence. She has been charged with facilitation to trafficking in marijuana eight ounces to five pounds, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Detectives located Bean’s boyfriend, Michael Stinson, 29, of Washington Street, later in the evening and arrested him in connection with some of the illegal items located in apartment. Stinson has been charged with facilitation to trafficking in Marijuana eight ounces to five pounds, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
