Detectives received complaints alleging illegal drug activity to be occurring at 2032 Washington Street in Paducah, McCracken County. An investigation confirmed illegal controlled substances were being sold from an apartment within the building.

Detectives obtained a search warrant, May 13, for 2032 Washington Street Apartment 1 in Paducah and the individuals who resided there. At approximately 3:55 p.m., detectives located Frederick Bristol, a residence of 2032 Washington Street nearby the residence and arrested him after a search of his vehicle revealed ten plastic bags of marijuana packaged for sale.
