Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/19/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Jamie Alumbaugh, 29, Calhoun, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Chauncey Amos, 20, Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and served two bench warrants.

Roger Brown, 50, Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and illegal possession of a legend drug.

Blayne Carter, 21, Owensboro, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Police alleged he was in possession of brass knuckles when a vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped.

Nicholas Collins, 18, Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for failure to notify the Department of Transportation about his address change.

Caleb Dennis, 19, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting and carrying a concealed weapon.

Jamie Greathouse, 18, Calhoun, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting between $500 and $10,000, unlawful transaction with a minor, and two counts of failure to appear. Police allege she and her husband, Robbie Greathouse, 24, Calhoun, stole hundreds of dollars’ worth of items. Robbie Calhoun was also charged with theft and arrested on four warrants stemming from other cases. In a separate incident earlier in the evening, Robbie Calhoun was charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance, second degree disorderly conduct, second degree fleeing or evading police, and giving police a false name or address.

Audree Hunter, 27, Owensboro, was charged with two counts of theft by deception of including cold checks less than $500.

David Miller, 34, Owensboro, was charged with three counts of failure to appear, contempt of court, and giving officers a false name or address.

Alex Orr, 21, Beaver Dam, was charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Shanks, 35, Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and second degree possession of a controlled substance.

Rance Smith, 39, Owensboro, was charged with second degree assault.

Eric Sprankle, 22, Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Jacob Wilkinson, 22, address unknown, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served a warrant on charges of being a fugitive from another state.

Adrianne Alvey, 23, Beaver Dam, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chase Dill, 24, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting between $500 and $10,000.

Helen Frakes, 29, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Michelle McCollum, 43, Rockport, Ind., was charged with fourth degree assault and alcohol intoxication in a public place at Owensboro Health.

Trevor Mackey, 23, Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Claud Thompson, 37, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Javis Wilson, 18, Owensboro, was charged with first degree burglary and two counts of second degree burglary in a series of home invasions police have been investigating.
