oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/20/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Keno Allen, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with receiving stolen property.

Wade Beard, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Colleen Bouser, 56, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Kara Brown, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Namita Brown, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition less than $500.

Leecia Rush, 34, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500 and two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.

Shannon Hancock, 36, of Henderson, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Joseph Kilzer, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Brittany McHenry, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Ashley Moss, 40, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Timothy Purcell, 46, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Chelsey Simmons, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Sara Wathen, 58, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Timothy Johnson, 36, of Central City, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and disregarding a traffic control device.
