Baptist Health Paducah 300PADUCAH, Ky. (7/17/14) — Cardiologist Brian Lea, MD, and hematologist/oncologist Yashpal Modi, MD, will join the medical staff at Baptist Health Paducah Aug. 1.

They join a medical staff of approximately 265 physicians, representing 43 medical specialties.

He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, where he completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular disease. Dr. Lea is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians.

He is a graduate of Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He completed his residency and fellowship at Seton Hall University, where he earned the honor of chief fellow. Dr. Modi is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
