TRAFFIC ALERT - I 24 Road Construction Resumes

lane restriction2 300MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (4/29/13) – Motorist are reminded the road construction on I 24 in McCracken County has resumed this morning.
 
Both, the East and West bound right lanes will be closed throughout most of the county with additional diversions expected.
 
Motorist are urged to be alert for workers and rapidly changing traffic conditions. Speed limits are reduced, fines are doubled, and local motorist may wish to seek alternate routes to avoid the traffic congestion that is expected within the work zones.
 
Stay alert and drive safely.
