Madisonville Police Reports – April 8, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/8/13) – On Monday, Apr. 8 Madisonville Police Department reported 15 instances of police activity within city limits.
 
Taketa Taylor, 33, of Evansville, was arrested on April 7 at a South Main Street address for two counts of Theft by Deception. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Aaron Crawford, 24, of Hanson, was arrested on April 6 at a Hodge Street address for Assault (Domestic Violence). The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Derek Battles, 34, of Daves Street, was arrested on April 5 at an East North Street address for charges of Fleeing and Evading Police (Motor Vehicle), Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Sara Green, 30, of Hall Street, was arrested on April 5 at Hopkins County Probation and Parole Office for Non-Payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
James Horn, 52, of Coleman Street was arrested on April 5 at an Arnold Place address for Non-Payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Allison Lovan, 29, of Sunset Drive, was arrested on April 5 at a West Noel Ave. address for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operators License. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Ashley Day, 28, of Dawson Springs, was arrested on April 6 at a Laffoon Trail address for Theft by Deception (Including Cold Checks Under $500). The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Corey Tester, 36, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on April 6 for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Daniel Hulsey, 26, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on April 7 for Contempt of Court/Libel/Slander/Resistance to Order. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Adam Brewington, 26, of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested on April 6 at a Woodlawn Drive address for charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Patricia Corneal, 45, of North Daves Street, was arrested on April 7 at a South Main Street address for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Shawn Hopkins, 22, of S. Park Avenue was served a court summons on April 6 at a South Main Street address for Possession of Marijuana and Buying or Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. Hopkins is scheduled to appear in court on April 29. The serving officer was Van Killough.
 
Shawn Slaton, 32, of South Main Street, was arrested on April 7 at a Dulin Street address for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Alma Travis, 63, of Lantaff Boulevard, was arrested on April 7 at a South Drive address for Failure to Use or Improper Signal, No/Expired Other State Registration/Receipt/Plate, Failure of Owner/Operator to Maintain Required Insurance and Driving on D.U.I. Suspended Driver’s License. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Albert Taylor, of Evansville, was arrested on April 7 at a West Broadway address for charges of No/Expired Registration/Plates, Failure of Owner/Operator to Maintain Required Insurance and Operating on a Suspended Driver’s License. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
