arrest2 green 300PADUCAH, KY (12/21/11) – On Tuesday, Dec. 20, at around 9:35 AM, McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputies received a complaint of subjects trespassing in a large motor home in the 1100 block of Rutter Street.
According to officials, 24-year-old, Nitaasha Ogg, of 1119 Rutter Street, believed that her husband was across the street in the motor home with two other women and the couple’s 3-year-old son. The motorhome did not belong to Ogg or her husband, and her husband, Cody Ogg was still lodged in the McCracken County Jail after being arrested on the 19th for methamphetamine related charges.
The couple’s child was with a relative at another location in McCracken County. After Deputies arrived on scene and witnessed her behavior, and confirming the whereabouts of both the child and Cody Ogg, suspicion grew that Ogg was hallucinating from the influence of methamphetamine.

Ogg denied being under the influence or that any illegal narcotics were in her residence. A search of the residence revealed numerous items of drugs and drug paraphernalia, to include, marijuana, methamphetamine, syringes used to inject methamphetamine, marijuana smoking pipes, rolling papers and baggies.
A guest at the residence, 45-year-old Michael D. Hamlin, was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia. An interview with Hamlin at the Sheriff’s Office by Drug Detectives revealed that on at least 6 occasions, Hamlin had unlawfully distributed methamphetamine precursors.
Both were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
