RAILROAD crossing 300MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY (2/5/13) – KY 423/Millport-Sacramento Road will be closed in Muhlenberg County at the railroad crossing near Millport on Wednesday morning, February 6, 2013.
 
This roadway will be closed at mile point 0.738 to allow a railroad crew to replace a damaged rail at the crossing. The closing is expected to begin around 8:30 a.m. The work is expected to be complete and the roadway to reopen about Noon, Wednesday.
 
This is along KY 423 between Shanks Lane and Stringtown Road.
 
There will be no marked detour. Motorists who regularly travel KY 423 at this site should make advance alternate travel plans.
