At 2:55 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, Henderson Police arrested Nicholas Christian in the 1200 block of Helm Street. He was charged with Second Degree Escape after allegedly escaping custody at the Henderson County Detention Facility one day earlier.

At 12:10 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, Henderson Police responded to report of stolen property at a residence in the 200 block of S. Alves Street. According to authorities, a woman at the residence told police two television sets had been stolen sometime between May 14 and May 18. Police said there are suspects in the ongoing investigation. The televisions are valued at less than $500.

At 11 p.m. on Friday, May 17, Henderson Police responded to report of a theft in the 2500 block of N. Elm St. Authorities said a woman contacted them to report her wallet had been stolen from a vehicle. The wallet reportedly held a substantial amount of cash. Other items were allegedly taken from the vehicle as well, including a debit card, a CD player, and various documents. The investigation is continuing. At 2:35 p.m. on Friday, May 17, Henderson Police responded to Methodist Hospital, where they arrested an Evansville, Ind., man. Authorities charged Donald Eapman, age unknown, with alcohol intoxication in a public place, and alleged that while in custody, Eapman “threatened to blow up the Henderson Police Department.” He was then charged with Second Degree Terroristic Threatening.

At 11:35 a.m. on Friday, May 17, Henderson Police responded to report of an automobile accident at the intersection of N.
