MCHScholarshipAwardGREENVILLE, Ky. (5/29/13) – Mrs. Joyce Wilcox, President of the Muhlenberg Community Hospital Auxiliary, presented a check for $1,000 to Sarah Walker of Greenville.
 
Walker was the recipient of the first annual college scholarship to be awarded by the MCH Auxiliary. The Auxiliary is comprised of men and women from Muhlenberg County who volunteer at the hospital and provide support and fundraising to benefit the hospital’s patients.
 
Walker graduated on May 24, 2013, from Muhlenberg County High School with a grade point average of 3.8. She will attend Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green this fall to study for a career in Physical Therapy.
 
During her high school career, Walker was active in Beta Club, STAND, and School Counts, and played softball and volleyball. She is the daughter of Troy and Angelia Walker of Greenville.
