hend police arrest1 300HENDERSON, Ky. (6/28/13) – Henderson Police reported the following accidents and investigation:
 
On June 18, Henderson Police responded to a report of theft at a business in the 1000 block of Green St. Authorities said a Sullivan, Ind., man told them his Ipad and wallet were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked there for several hours. The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Henderson Crimestoppers at 270-831-1111 or the Henderson Police Department at 270-831-1295.
 
On June 27, Henderson Police responded to a report of theft in the 2400 block of Churchill Court. A man at the residence told them someone stole more than $500 in cash from his residence earlier in the day. The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Henderson Crimestoppers at 270-831-1111 or the Henderson Police Department at 270-831-1295.
 
On June 27, Henderson Police responded to report of a hit-and-run automobile accident in the 700 block of Vine Street. Authorities said that just before 10 p.m. on June 27, Christopher Smith, 41, Henderson, was driving a moped east when an unknown vehicle apparently struck him and then left the scene without stopping. Smith was taken to Methodist Hospital for treatment of injuries. The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about this accident is asked to contact Henderson Crimestoppers at 270-831-1111 or the Henderson Police Department at 270-831-1295.
