OPD Arrest Report - October 18, 2013

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/21/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests for Thursday, Oct. 17: Amy Bell, of the 2400 block of Downing Dr, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting Under $500.

Ryan C. Burr, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on charges of Second Degree Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument (Identify), First Degree Burglary, and Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition All Others Under $500.

Heather D. Lindsey, of the 1400 block of West Third St, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on charges of No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense.
