mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/1/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Tuesday, April 1.

Shawn C. Whitehair, 39, of Nortonville was charged March 31 for possession of a controlled substance first degree first offense (meth), and trafficking in a controlled substance first degree first offense less than two grams (meth), and possession of marijuana. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Rebecca D. Hughes, 21, of Madisonville was charged March 31 for drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and possession of marijuana. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

John W. Allard, Jr., 33, of Madisonville was served five arrest warrants March 31 for theft by deception including cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Michael S. Hollis, 37, of Henderson was served arrest warrants March 31 for 13 charges of theft by deception including cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Nicola Clary, 40, of Madisonville was served two arrest warrants March 31 for non-payment of fines, and one warrant for theft by failing to make required disposition of property. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Chad Foster, 29, of Madisonville was charged March 31 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others under $500. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Rachel Jenkins, 24, of Madisonville was charged March 31 for disorderly conduct second degree. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Brandon C. Quarles, 34, of Madisonville was charged April 1 for criminal trespassing third degree. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
