The full board of directors for the bank consists of Clarence Brewer, Jr., Mike Mercer, Mark Young, Robert Brown, Paul Gabbard, Charles R. Lewis, CPA, Charles Mann, Jr., Winfred Williams and Dennis Kirtley.
