mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/25/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Friday, April 25.

William J. Lohse, 57, Madisonville, was charged April 24 on a warrant for possession of a simulated controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

Terrell Hobgood, 23, Madisonville, was charged April 24 with second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police, menacing and on a warrant for parole violation and failure to appear.

Isaac Chamberlain, 23, Earlington, was charged April 23 with trafficking in a synthetic drug, first offense.

Scott A. Armstrong, 51, Madisonville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, third offense.

Michael R. Lear, 23, Madisonville was charged April 24 on a warrant for non-payment of fines.

Tammy J. Suttle, 42, Providence, was charged April 24 with contempt of court/libel/slander/resistance to order.
